HP TouchPad

HP has lauched the TouchPad it's first WebOS tablet. HP says the full experience of it's webOS platform was released in this tablet experience.

It has vibrant 9.7-inch diagonal flush capacitive multitouch display with 1024x768 display, virtual keyboard, instant-on access, support for Adobe Flash Player 10.1 beta in the browser and access to thousands of webOS applications.

It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 1.2 GHz processor. You can select either the 32 GB version or the 16GB version. Contains WiFi AGPS and Bluetooth. Front facing 1.3 MP camera for video calling. Well these features combined with new and refined WebOS is guaranteed to give this device a true feel.

Now the question is whether this will be enough for HP to outshine the iPad. Or more or less it is now fighting with other potentially powerful competitors like Motorola Xoom running on the Android Honeycomb OS. We will have to wait and see.

Just watch the video to see the lauch of the TouchPad.
